1. PAYMENT TERMS
Metal House LLC accepts payments via credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and business checks.
• Credit card payments may be pre-authorized (the amount is placed on hold until the order is confirmed).
• All bank fees related to ACH and Wire transfers are the responsibility of the customer.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Approved commercial customers may use Net-30 terms (payment is due 30 days from the invoice date).
• Credit card payments on Net-30 invoices are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.

2. PRICING
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders will be billed at the price confirmed on the order date.
• Written quotes are valid for 15 days.
• Prices do not include taxes, freight, packaging, or additional services.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
• Product dimensions and weights may vary slightly.
• Natural variations in steel material are normal.
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct material for their project. Metal House does not guarantee suitability for any specific application.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipments are F.O.B. from our warehouse in Kent, WA.
Delivery Conditions
• Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, oversized materials, limited-access locations, and similar situations.
• A customer representative must be present at the time of delivery to unload the material and sign the delivery receipt.
Damage or Shortage
• Any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
• Concealed damages may be reported within 24 hours.

SHIPPING DAMAGE & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Metal House LLC provides delivery services through:
1. Metal House company vehicles.
2. Third-party freight carriers for out-of-state or special shipments.
Responsibility for damage depends on the delivery method:

1. Deliveries Performed by Metal House LLC
If delivery is performed by Metal House company vehicles:
• Metal House is responsible for the condition of the material until it is delivered to the customer.
• Customers must inspect the material upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately on the delivery receipt.

2. Deliveries Performed by Third-Party Carriers
If delivery is performed by any outside trucking or freight company:
• Metal House LLC is not responsible for any damage, delay, shortage, loss, or other issues occurring during transit.
• Responsibility transfers entirely to the carrier and the customer once the material is handed over to the freight company.
• All freight claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
• Metal House will assist with documentation, but assumes no liability for third-party shipping damage.

5. BACK ORDERS
• If an item is out of stock, it may be placed on Back Order at the customer’s request and shipped once available.
• Back Order shipments may incur separate freight charges.

6. SPECIAL ORDERS
• Special/custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• These orders cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.

7. WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Metal House LLC warrants that products are free of manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
The warranty does NOT cover:
• Cutting, welding, drilling, painting, or any modification
• Rusting or improper storage
• Installation errors by subcontractors or third parties
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Natural variations in material
The maximum liability of Metal House LLC is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.

8. RETURNS & CLAIMS
• Customers must inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
• Returns are only accepted with written approval and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number issued by Metal House LLC.
• Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items:
• Cut materials
• Custom/special orders
• Used items
• Rusted items
• Discounted items

9. INSTALLATION
Installation services are not provided by Metal House LLC.
Customers must contract directly with independent installers (subcontractors).
Metal House is not responsible for:
• Installation errors
• Quality of workmanship
• Building code compliance
• Any damage caused during installation

10. FORCE MAJEURE
Metal House LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Strikes
• Fire, flood, or natural events
• Port or transportation delays
• Material shortages
• Weather conditions
• Government regulations
• Pandemics or emergencies

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, descriptions, and designs are the property of Metal House LLC and may not be used without written permission.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, WA.
